Staying in a chalet, an extraordinary world of culinary pleasure opens up to you. What begins with breakfast continues through the day and finishes with a sumptuous dinner. There is pure freedom and flexibility in how you dine. You can enjoy all meals privately in the chalet, savour them to the fullest in the hotel, or prepare them yourself in the chalet kitchen – the choice is yours.

Breakfast at its best

Every morning in the chalet, our forest fairies serve a mountain breakfast featuring local delicacies. Hop out of bed and into the fun: That’s our motto. You can create your dream breakfast by choosing from a menu full of delicious treats. The fairies will quietly set your breakfast table according to your wishes and bring you the morning post. You can have breakfast when you like and for as long as you like. Afterwards, the fairies will even do the dishes for you.

Lunch & snacks

Freshly prepared pasta dishes from the open kitchen, fresh salads, and a warm dish of the day await you every day from 12:30 p.m. to 3.00 p.m. in the hotel. Homemade cakes, a hot soup of the day, light snacks, and an original South Tyrolean Marende (snack) are available until 4:00 p.m. It’s casual, which means you are also welcome to drop by in your bathrobe.

The crowning glory

Do you want to cook for yourself or let us cook for you? The choice is yours.

In your chalet, you will find a menu from which you can choose refined dishes made from regional products. Our forest fairies will bring your order to you.

Meanwhile, the 5 to 7-course gourmet menu awaits you in the restaurant.

If you arrive in the evening, please let the reception know if you would like to have dinner.

A special highlight: We can deliver all the ingredients for a delicious fondue or raclette dinner to your chalet.
